1 killed, 1 injured in shooting in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood

One person was killed and a second was injured in a shooting in the Five Points neighborhood early Saturday morning, according to the Denver Police Department. The person with serious injuries was later pronounced dead and the shooting is being investigated as a homicide, police said at 8:30 a.m. in a post on X.
